Nigeria’s Afrobeats star Iyanya has finally made a claim that he has picked a side in a long-standing feud between the country’s two biggest music stars Wizkid and Davido.
The drama resurfaced after X user @akubasteeny Sexy momAfter he recently published his support for the DMW boss, he favored Davido.
Iyanya responded quickly, dismissing the allegation, making it clear that he has no resentment towards any artist in the industry and continues to support his colleagues regardless of the competition imposed by fans.
“I don’t have any questions about artists. I played “Wezkid” in Lagos production and Moreo, just like I played songs from other artists, I’ve played them.” Iyanya wrote that he pointed out that among artists, it is a universal practice to listen to each other’s new projects to stay connected to the evolving sounds in the musical space.
He further highlighted his true relationship with other musicians, noting that he recently had a relationship with Burna Boy And often hear fresh songs proposed by talent managers UBI Franklin.
Iyanya has exacerbated unnecessary disagreements among artists by calling on fans, adding that he added that “I’m going all out, I’ll tell you, I have no enemies. So let una stop this friend or no friends.
