
The Joint Admission and Admission Committee (JAMB) has withdrawn the approval of the legal plan of eight universities. A statement from the JAMB public communication consultant Fabian Benjamin shows that the decision is the 2025/2026 academic conference after the Legal Education Commission suspended the Bachelor’s degree (LL.B) program, which is due to the violation of the regulatory procedure.
The affected universities include Quala State University, Moore Mountains, Eling, Quala; Bin Emm University of Karu, Nasarava; Savior University, Ed, Ossen; and Ogara, Delta; West Delta University.
The others are Tarlaba State University in Tararaba; Arthur Jarvis University, Akpabuyo, Cross River; Alex Ekwa Mark Federal University, Embolfi-Similar; and Nigeria Police College of Wudil, Kano Prefecture.
In addition, the Nigerian Police Academy was banned from admission two academic courses: 2025/2026 and 2026/2027.
