Jay-Z reveals how he discovered Jane Doe R@PE Accuser allegedly lied about his involvement and how attorney Tony Buzbee allegedly sued him for her, despite knowing the truth.
A private investigator, Charlotte Henderson, filed an affidavit Wednesday saying she met with Jane Doe at a woman’s home in Alabama on February 21, 2025. Jane Doe allegedly admitted in a conversation that Buzbee “pushed” her to include Jay-Z in the lawsuit.
According to legal documents, Jane Doe claims she initially told Buzbee that she was r@ped by Sean Diddy in 2000 and wanted to sue him. However, she claimed that “Buzbee brought Jay-Z into it” and pushed her into the case against him as well.
Henderson said Jane Doe admitted Jay-Z to attend the alleged R@PE party but made it clear that he was not involved. Still, Buzbee filed a civil lawsuit accusing Jay-Z and Diddy of sexually assaulting her. The case was quickly unraveled after multiple media outlets discovered the conflict between the woman’s alleged, leading to her dismissal of the lawsuit last month.
A week after the case was dropped, Henderson’s meeting with Jane Doy occurred. She claimed that during the conversation, Jane Doe told her that Buzbee approached her “soon” before dismissing the lawsuit, and claimed that Jay-Z threatened to kill her, and that she was believed to be the reason for withdrawing the case.
Henderson said Jane Doe repeated at least four times that Jay-Z had never beaten her. But when asked if she would sign an affidavit to confirm this, Jane Doe allegedly replied, “But how does that help me?” Henderson also noted that Jane Doe did not seem to be afraid or frightened during the discussion. She further clarified that she was not hired by Jay-Z or his legal team to investigate the case, but did not disclose who if anyone hired her.
Another private investigator, Ian Pillinger, also filed an affidavit that he discovered Jane Doe’s history in a mental health facility, and she was there before Buzbee sent a letter of demand to Jay-Z on her behalf.
Jay-Z is now suing Buzbee for extortion, and recently filed another lawsuit against Buzbee and Jane Doe for malicious prosecution.
However, Buzzby denied the allegations and told TMZ: “Every assertion is false and constitutes it. Jane Doe called the AVA Law Group and said she was attacked by P. Diddy and Jay-Z before the case was transferred to our company. It was undisputed. In fact, we have obtained the actual water inlet meter from the gas inlet personnel at the Ava Law Group, and Jane Doe signed up to become a client long before sending her case to my company. In this form created by their company, it shows the claims she is making. These investigators may not know that the paper trail would prove that what they said was wrong.
“None of the actual documentation supports the fake story that the Jay-Z team is trying to sell to the public.”
