Justice James Omotosho of the Federal High Court of Abuja ordered Mrs. Freath, the sister son of the self-proclaimed leader of the Indigenous Peoples of Biyafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, to discover that she had recorded and shared the court lawsuit on social media.
The judge was clearly dissatisfied with the violation of the court’s rules and prohibited her from participating in the court’s next three committees. He said he would have regretted the court if it weren’t for the intervention of defense attorney Kanu Agabi.
Before the decision is issued, Justice Omotosho invites you to go to the front of the court to explain her actions.
She admitted to live streaming the court lawsuit, but claimed she didn’t realize the judge was still sitting. She apologized and assured the court that she would not commit a crime again.
