flt.-lt. Kafayat Sanni, the first female fighter pilot in Nigeria, once again made history in Accra of the famous Ghana Armed Forces Command and Staff Academy (GAFCSC).

Sanni became the best ally student and won the Best Assistant Conductor Paper Award at GAFCSC.

This was disclosed in information on Saturday from the Director of Public Relations and Nigerian Air Force (NAF) in Abuja.

Ejodame said the award was held at the university graduation ceremony, with senior military officials and VIPs from all over Africa.

He said Sunny’s impressive record made headlines for the first time in 2019, when she was decorated as the first female warrior pilot of the Nigerian Air Force (NAF), after completing her pilot training in the United States

“Since then she has been on the Alpha jet and trained on Super Mushshak to produce and mentor young pilots for NAF.
