Kanye West and his wife, Bianca Censori, plan to sue the dentist in Beverly Hills, claiming he hangs the rapper on the nitric acid level.
According to a press release obtained on Page Six, the rapper and his wife served prominent dentist Dr. Thomas Connelly on Wednesday, April 30, informing him that they plan to sue him for malpractice, negligence, fraud, exploitation, reckless deception, controlled and uncontrolled drugs, among others.
The press release notes that in the spring of 2024, dentists allegedly called themselves “the father of diamond dentistry”, allegedly trying to seize control of the global music and fashion brand Yeezy LLC, a Grammy Award winner, while “there is nothing to do with cocktails with controlled and irrelevant substances.”
Connelly allegedly charged Kanye West $50,000 per month with just one nitro gas, according to a press release.

Kanye and Censori, who married in December 2022, claimed Connelly’s alleged crimes resulted in “harm and damage”, including “neural and physical harm” to the West, in addition to “psychological and emotional trauma, chemical dependence, the need for treatment, financial harm and economic losses and losses”.
Under California law, a formal notice must be made to the defendants to be sued for a malpractice.
First, the public was told that the 47-year-old Western was allegedly addicted to nitrous oxide by his representative Milo Yiannopoulos.
“Connelly was obsessed with a lilac – laughing gas. I believe Connelly is trying to reduce your psychological abilities so that Connelly and his business partners can pull millions of dollars from him,” Yiannopoulos tweeted last summer.
Yiannopoulos, 40, claimed he “discovered fraud” and “intervention”, which frustrated Kanye and Yiannopoulos and suddenly resigned from Yeezy last May.
Yiannopoulos later claimed that Connelly was “a dangerous predator targeting African-American celebrities with fake diamonds in his mouth.”
He also revealed that he filed a complaint against the dentist with the California Dental Commission.
Yiannopoulos accuses Connelly of charging $50,000 for entertainment use of nitrite and providing gasoline to the rapper, even as he begins to show “harrowing symptoms that lead to widespread comments and concerns.”
At the time, Connelly’s representative denied the allegations against TMZ, saying that Yiannopoulos’ tweet was “not only actually incorrect, but intentionally misleading.”
Connelly installed West’s $850,000 titanium prosthesis last January.
