    • Actor and politician Kenneth Okonkwo celebrated his birthday by sharing touching family photos on social media, expressing his gratitude to God for blessing him with a wife and children.
    • He described his joy in a heartfelt message, saying he had “Happy birthday my baby” and thanking fans for their support and prayers.

Nigerian actor and politician Kenneth Okonkwo has shared rare family photos today to celebrate his birthday.

    He wrote:
“What a blessed, loving family God has given me! What a blessing it is to have my birthday when I think of my beautiful wife and adorable children. Lord, it’s not my place to shout! All I can say is thank you, my dad, for always being there for us. It’s my sweet baby’s birthday. Thank you for your support and prayers. God bless you.”

In other news… Nigerian singer Aituaje Iruobe, popularly known as Waje, recently opened up about how some of her benefits were being ignored after working with now-defunct music group Psquare.

The singer and mother of one shared her experience on the Honest Bunch podcast, reflecting on her journey in the music industry.

Waje revealed that she lent her voice to Psquare’s 2007 hit single “Do Me, I Do You” and sang parts of the song. She even reminded fans of her contribution back then.

Waje said that despite her involvement, she was not compensated or publicly acknowledged by Psquare for her work on the song.

The discussion paused as she began to describe the actions she took after realizing she was being ignored.

Recalling the emotional side of the experience, Waje asked the audience to imagine she was walking through the Onitsha market, hearing the song coming from the speakers and telling the vendors that it was her singing, only to have them respond indifferently, asking: “Who are you?”
