Arsenal Football Club completed the signing of London rival Kepa Arrizabalaga from London rival Chelsea before the 2025/26 season.

After the Gunners chose to sign Neto, the Gunners needed a second goalkeeper who had been on loan from Bournemouth last season from the UAE Stadium in Bournemouth. Kepa Arrizabalaga added his contract before successfully engaging in a loan spell at Bournemouth last summer and currently has £5 million in issuance terms.
Kepa remains the most expensive goalkeeper since joining Chelsea in 2018, graduated from Bilbao Junior Club. He played for Chelsea 163 times, earning four major honors in the 7-year mixed spell at Stamford Bridge.
He also spent a season with Real Madrid and won La Liga and Champions League in the 2023-24 season. In terms of deep strength, the transfer will have a huge boost to the Gunners.
