The 2024/25 Serie A champion confirmed the signing of Belgium on its official website on Thursday, June 12, 2025. Kevin de Bruyne left Manchester City at the end of last season after his contract with the city expired.
Italia Sky Italia confirmed that the midfielder signed a two-year contract with Napoli, which will allow him to stay at the club until 2027 and have the option to extend it for another year. The midfielder played his last game at Manchester City on the bench in a 2-0 win over Fulham on the final day of the season.
