In other news…A Nigerian job seeker shares an interesting story about how a failed interview unexpectedly turned into a free lunch.

Determined as @Omolomo_O on X, he narrated that he participated in a job interview that quickly began to go downhill. He realized that his chances of ensuring the position were slim and he found a glimmer of hope when the interviewer stepped on the takeaway meal.

According to him, the boss invited everyone to share the food out of courtesy. Without hesitation, he washed his hands, joined the competition, enjoying Amara and Higua.

“I remember I was going to have a job interview. The boss walked in with food in the takeaway plastic and out of courtesy, saying, ‘Come and go everyone’ to everyone. I stood up, washed my hands, and joined him to eat the Amara he bought. He let me eat. But I knew it was my first and last day. He narrated it.

His relaxed confession pleased many social media users who applauded his honest and humorous attitude for the disappointing situation.
