Labor factional National President realhis claim that he disappeared only emerged after the Supreme Court ruling on the party’s leadership crisis.

Naija News Apapa said he had been challenging the appeals court ruling in court, according to reports. Julius Abure As the President of the Party.

Speaking with TVC on Thursday, Apapa said he remained silent after the appeals court ruling because he would rather obey the court while challenging his ruling.

“I didn’t disappear. We’ve been from court to court. This struggle has gone from the Federal High Court to the Court of Appeal and now it’s the Supreme Court.

“But, like someone who believes in the rule of law, once the court decides that such a person should be there, you don’t need to talk about it anymore until another court otherwise. He said.

Abure was earlier confined to play the role of state officials, but he was supported and protected Nenadi UsmanParty leadership.

He further revealed that he still has cases regarding the party in the Supreme Court.

“This is a court that suspends abuse and limits abuse. At that time, the same people now opposed those who committed abuse, they were the ones who provided abuse protection. I told them that when the court ruled that someone would be restricted from playing the role of a national official, the best thing is to force him or force him to resign.

“You can’t be a judge on your own business. At the time, they were protecting him for reasons including the NLC.

“Now, when he went to the Court of Appeal, the Court of Appeal lifted the injunction, which should be considered the party’s chairman. I moved to the Supreme Court. I don’t want to comment on what the court said. Currently, I still have one case in the Supreme Court and I have another case in the Supreme Court to let you know I am not quiet,” he said.
