- Shehu Sani reflects on the uncertainty of life after a man died a day after inspecting his new home, just days before he was scheduled to move in.

A man died just days before moving into his newly completed home. He visited the property for an inspection on December 30, 2025, and planned to move in on January 3, 2026. Sadly, he passed away on December 31, just one day after the examination.
Former Senator Shehu Sani shared a photo of the man during the examination, reflecting on the fragility of life. “He inspected his new house on December 30 and died on the 31st.
“He was scheduled to move in on January 3, but is not destined to live until 2026,” Sani wrote, adding a final prayer for the deceased’s soul.

In other news… Nigerian anchor Habeeb Hamzat has made an offer for Super Eagles forward Ademola Lookman ahead of Nigeria’s match against Morocco.
Lookman was part of the team that defeated Algeria and will face Morocco on January 14, 2026 at the Prince Moulay Abdullah Stadium in Rabat.
In anticipation of the match, Hamzat revealed that he is ready to motivate Lookman with cash prizes. He promised to reward the striker £500,000 if he scored in the game.
The anchor, who recently survived a serious accident, emphasized the seriousness of his commitment and even swore it off.
However, the news did not satisfy some of Hamzat’s followers. Many believed the money was a pittance compared to what Lookman earned as a professional footballer, while others described the move as “showy” and unnecessary.
Some fans suggested the money would be better spent helping those in need rather than rewarding star players. Some have also speculated that Hamzat may reconsider his commitment based on Lookman’s performance on the field.
