Winnie Harlow is engaged.
The 30-year-old model was engaged to NBA star Kyle Kuzma on February 13.
The couple announced the happy news through an Instagram post Tuesday, February 18.
There are a series of photos on the post that pose for a photo on the plane. Harlow excitedly showed off her dazzling engagement ring in several photos.

The couple shared all the details of the intimate proposal with Vogue and told the magazine that they were heading to Turks and Caicos on their planned holiday. Kuzma rented a private jet and filled it with red roses, balloons, chocolate and champagne.
An unsuspecting Harlow thought all the romantic gear was just Valentine’s Day, but Kuzma proved to be even more surprised on his sleeve.
After boarding the plane, the athlete asked Harlow to sit next to him and he began to read a poem she wrote.

“For a second in my mind, I thought, ‘If it was an engagement, it would be so cute,'” Harlow recalls. “But I’m not the kind of person who wants to guess or want to spoil surprises. So it’s just A brief thought in my mind.”
When Kuzma recited the last sentence of his heartfelt poem, her intuition was confirmed: “Will you marry me?” He then showed her an 8.5-carat oval diamond ring, It took him three months to design himself.
“I never really asked her what type of ring she liked,” he told Vogue. “I just wanted to draw a picture of what I felt with her – it was elegant, but at the same time eternal and simple.”
After the couple landed on the Caribbean island, Harlow excitedly began calling his loved ones to tell them the news.
However, her sister did not answer the call, and her mother suddenly ended the call after saying she didn’t have time to speak. When Harlow and Kuzma arrived at their villa, she understood why. She found both of their families waiting to attend the celebration in person.
The group enjoyed an elegant dinner on the beach and covered with fireworks.
She told Vogue that she interacted with Kuzma and looked forward to a wedding and they felt “crossed the moon”.
The couple connected online during the Covid-19 pandemic in early 2020, and Harlow told the late Stephen “Twitch” boss when he appeared on the Ellen DeGeneres Show in 2020.
She shared that their relationship was almost a missed connection, as Kuzma first contacted her on Instagram in 2019, but she never received the message.

But once they start talking, they never want to stop.
After months of chatting, Harlow decided to move from New York City to Los Angeles to be with Kuzma, who played for the Los Angeles Lakers at the time.
