It is reported that the famous Juju musician Sunny Ade has been kidnapped.
Naija News The singer’s daughter, Damilola Adeniyi, has raised concerns about her father’s whereabouts and happiness in a series of Instagram posts on Monday, April 28, 2025.
Damilola expressed her pain, claiming that the musician could be affected inappropriately and no longer had complete control over his financial situation, suggesting that personal involvement with his father (including his manager).
She further called on relevant authorities to intervene and investigate the situation.
She wrote, “I hope the authorities are involved. I believe that financial mismanagement has occurred and that the welfare of my father is at risk.”
As of the time of submission of the report, neither King Sunny Ade nor his management team made a formal statement on Damilola’s claims.
In other news, senior Fuji musician Ayinla Kollington responded to the claims of King Wasiu Ayinde, known as K1, who did not express condolences after KWAM1’s mother passed away.
