
ABA’s warehouse No. 269 at Sam Mbakwe Road (formerly Faulk’s Road) in which ABA stores expired drugs has been discovered by the National Food and Drug Administration and a man controlling NAFDAC.
During the raid, the suspects found that some expired but remarked drugs had been removed before security reinforcements arrived.
The agency said 140 tons of expired drugs were evacuated from Umumeje, Umuocheala’s warehouse, OSISIOMA LGA, and excluded products seized from drugstores at Ariaria International Market.
During the operation, a total of 178 drug samples were collected for laboratory analysis.
