- Natasha Akputti-Senator Udoahan resumed his duties after unsealed Tuesday, ending a six-month suspension.
- She thanked her supporters and husband, insisting she “had no apology.” Natasha accused Senate President Godswill Akpabio of treating her as a “servant or domestic employee” and called him a “dictator.”

Senator Natasha Akpoti-uduaghan, representing Kogi Central, has resumed legislative duties after the Senate announced that the Senate opened her office 2.05 suite 2.05, which has been locked since its suspension on March 6, 2025.
Sergeant Alabi Adedeji, deputy director, responsible for reopening, announced:
“I, Alabi Adedeji, Deputy Director of the Armed Sergeant, are hereby opened.
Natasha spoke after she came back, still provoking:
“No apology.”
She thanked her supporters and said:
“It’s amazing in retrospect how much we have to pay in the last six months from an unjust suspension to a recall. But we survived on Facebook, ransom, blackmail and that crazy lady.
What we have to go through is amazing, my glory and deepest appreciation of the entire people of Kogi Central and Nigerians. I love you deeply for my husband. I pray that all men will support their wives in the way you support me. ”
Natasha also criticized Senate leaders:
“Sometimes it’s a good thing to push the institutions into exams. We can’t cut Nigerians in the face of injustice. No one is more Nigerian than us. Senator Akpabio is no more than my senator. He is not the governor of this place, but he is to my servants or servants at home or staff at home or at home.
Very unfortunately, we will host the National Assembly by such a dictator. This is completely unacceptable. ”
Her suspension was caused by alleged misconduct during protests against her Senate seat, and the Federal High Court declared unconstitutional on July 4, paving the way for her recovery.
