Newcastle United manager Eddie Howe returned to the club’s training center after successfully recovering from pneumonia on Thursday.
Eddie Howe, 47, was hospitalized earlier this month and missed a key league match against Manchester United, Crystal Palace and Aston Villa during his recovery.
The club expressed their happiness with Hao’s return, saying “Newcastle United is pleased to confirm that Eddie Howe has resumed his duties at the club’s training center. We thank our supporters for their warm wishes during this time.”
In Howe’s absence, assistant manager Jason Tindall stepped in to guide the team’s victory against United and Crystal Palace was impressive, despite their challenging losses against Aston Villa.
Currently, Newcastle is currently in fifth place and just won the League Cup, and he is preparing to face the struggling Ipswich team on Saturday.
The Premier League title battle puts Liverpool in a strong position, while Arsenal is second.
Meanwhile, Real Madrid midfielder Eduardo Camavinga was diagnosed with a groin injury, and unfortunately he will take over his situation for the rest of the season.
The club shared that the French international was injured in Real Madrid’s 1-0 victory over Getafe on Wednesday.
A statement from the club indicated that the cam suffered a complete rupture of the left adductor tendon in the mountains after undergoing medical evaluation.
The diagnosis means he is expected to miss Saturday’s Cup Del Rey’s Cup against Barcelona and in the final five league games of the season, as the team works hard to bridge the gap in Catalonia’s leadership.
Reports suggest Camavinga may miss the possibility of the US club World Cup this summer, estimated to be about three months.
