
A Nigerian man, Imoleyoyo, also known as “Alice Dave”, was 27 years old, in U.S. District Court Judge Joel H. Aina and co-defendant Samuel Olasunkanmi Abiodun, 25, were arrested on a complaint and police officer in Nigeria and were detained by the FBI on July 31, 2024 and extraditioned to the United States, facing charges in the case.
They were charged in August 2024 with another Nigerian co-defendant, 25-year-old Afeez Olatunji Adewale.
AINA is scheduled to be sentenced on August 11 and faces a statutory statutory sentence of maximum life imprisonment.
Abiodun pleaded guilty to money laundering conspiracy and four counts of wire fraud in December. He is scheduled to be sentenced on June 10 and faces a maximum statutory 100 years in prison.
Adwar has also been charged with money laundering conspiracy and four counts of wire fraud. He remains in Nigeria before being extradited to the United States
The case was investigated by the FBI and the Abington Township Police Department and was prosecuted by U.S. assistant Patrick Brown.
Aina and Abiodun were extradited to the Eastern District of Pennsylvania with the assistance of the FBI’s FBI’s Office of International Affairs, Abuja and the FBI.
Support and assistance from the Nigerian security authorities is crucial to this effort, especially the efforts of the Attorney General and Attorney General of the Federal Government of Nigeria, the Ministry of International Criminal Justice Cooperation and the Commission on Economic and Financial Crime.

The two exchanged messages and later took intimate photos on Snapchat.

Sullivan sent about $2,800, but Alice refused to delete the photos.
