Federal Capital Territory Minister NYESOM WIKE announced that there will be no new People’s Democratic Party (PDP) except for the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) held in Calabar, Cross River State on Saturday.

Vick questioned the PDP’s National Working Committee (NWC) in Congress, insisting that the election is legal and final.

He urged the delegates to elect officials who would defend and protect the party and stressed the importance of strong leadership in moving the PDP forward.

Wick said, “The South-South region is the strongest region in Nigeria’s PDP. It has always been. There is no part of the Constitution that Congress should be postponed for weddings or travel.

“There has never been a Congress in every delegate. The Constitution does not say that the National Working Council should hold Congress, but the region. I want to assure you that this is the last regional congress in the South and after today’s election, there is no Other regional parliamentary meetings were held.

“It’s our job, our terrain, we’re no stranger to it. No one can scare me, I don’t need to be governor. Let’s put ourselves together and make sure our party remains united only in the real world In the case of circumstances, we can unite. Let us also light our eyes and elect leaders who will unite and protect our political parties.”

Regional Chairman Dan Orbih said in his even speech that the party’s problems in the region were constructed and insisted that the party should not define a company that one person retains.

He also expressed optimism that Congress will help reposition the party and help start the process of rebuilding the party.
