Nollywood actress Nancy Isim has shared her thoughts on the qualities of her future husband, stressing that character is more important to her than wealth or material possessions.
In a public interview with media personality Molayo Afolabi-Brown, Isim revealed that she believes kindness is an essential quality in a life partner.
The actress added that she would be willing to marry a truly kind man, even if he lacks certain qualities or status, because she believes shortcomings can be compensated for.
Nancy Isime also said that at 34 years old, she felt she was ready to get married.
“I have reached marriageable age. I am 34 years old. Yes, I am a very attractive lady and men can be interested in me. But I have to choose what I accept. First of all, I like kindness. I find kindness one of the most attractive traits.
“Before you can be my friend, or even have a relationship with me, let alone marry me, you have to be kind. And I don’t mean showmanship. I mean real kindness. Once you’re kind, everything else takes care of itself.” she said.
