In Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) at Ile-Ife, a distant study student (name) was confirmed after being electrostatically electrostatic while trying to retrieve a ball from the compound.
According to Abiodun Olanrewaju, a public relations official at the school, the deceased was playing football with his colleagues.
However, during the process of retrieving the ball, the student was electrocuted after touching the straight wire.
“Unfortunately, we recorded an event that was not very tasty yesterday and we lost a famous young man. One of our CDL students was eager to enter the university after the program was completed.
“There are reports that they played football at night and the ball fell into a small boy’s enclosed and unknown compound and he jumped into the fence because he was the one who kicked the ball into the compound, which is anyone who played football in the compound, would take it back.
To follow the rules, the boy went in and we were told that it was the first time the boy played with them.
“That was when his colleagues felt he should go back to the court and checked him to tremble there. They rushed towards him, and one of them picked up a stick, removed the life wire from his hand, and drove him to the facility at the university’s distance learning center.
“They said he was taken away, they took him to another hospital, and they said the boy was dead. Professor Femi Koya, director of CDL, has contacted his parents to connect with them the unfortunate events. We sincerely regret what happened, we pray for everything that happened, we pray, we pray for the loss of parents, universities, universities, his friends, and allies, which made them lose the difference.
