Senate Senate former president and Delta State APC gubernatorial candidate Senate Ovie Omo-agege met with President Bola Tinubu at the Presidential Villa on Saturday in the 2023 election.
The visit was also met with the president by some leaders of the All Progressive Conference (APC), led by the Minister of Aeronautics and Aerospace Development.
Omo-agege has been conducting a “thank you” trip to party members in 25 local government areas of the state.
Omo-agege confirmed its visit to President Tinubu in a post on its verified social media handle on Sunday.
The post was accompanied by photos of him and the president exchanging joyful exchanges at the state capitol.
According to Omo-agege, discussions during the meeting focused on the development and progress of the country, with special attention to events in the Delta state.

“Last night, I had the honor to meet with GCFR President Bola Ahmed Tinubu at the Presidential Villa in Abuja. “We have had a productive discussion on the growth, development and progress of the country, with a focus on the Delta state and I am optimistic about the future,” he said. ”
Senator Omo-agege represents the Delta Central Senate District of Delta State, and between 2016 and 2023, he was promoted to Vice Chairman of the Senate.
Tinubu’s economic policy yielded results – Omo-agege
Senator Ovie Omo-Agege, the 2023 general election, praised President Bola Tinubu’s strong commitment to changing Nigeria’s economy.
Speaking at the meeting of interactive leaders and stakeholders in the southwestern Vori, southern Isoko and northern Isoko, Omo-Agege praised President Tinob’s brave economic reforms that promise to lead Nigeria out of the current challenges.
