A 38-year-old man, Adebowale Adegboye and three other men were sent back to the Ondo Correctional Center by an Akure magistrate for suspected incest, abortion and indecent assault on a 15-year-old girl.
Other defense measures are; Ayoola Warkolade, 38, righteous, 32, 32.
They were arraigned for incest, abortion and indecent assaults against their victims.
According to the prosecution, Adegboye, the first defendants, was the victim’s biological father, sometime last year, allegedly fell into incest through illegal knowledge of his daughter’s physical body.
In addition, the child’s stepfather, Idowu Akinseye, was arraigned for allegedly dealing with his stepdaughter, stroked her body and allegedly put his left finger in a private part without her consent.
Akinseye further allegedly was illegal knowledge about girls at the age of 10.
The fourth defendant, a doctor, Israel Adebowale Ojo, was charged with illegal abortion for minors.
The charge form reads: “You, Adebowale Adegboye’M’, on December 15, 2024, at about 12:00 noon Akure, within the jurisdiction of this honorable court, did indeed pass illegal knowledge of your biological daughter (rejected name) through the unlawful knowledge of your biological daughter (rejected name) and committed in Section 20 a fire of Softive and pribive and of Cribise of Sonfirable of Crived of Crived of Crived of So (A PRIBTIFE) (A PRIBTIFE) (A PRIBTIFE) (AF)
“Your Adebowale Adegboye ‘M’ was on December 15, 2024 on the same day, time and place in Akure, within the jurisdiction of the Court of Honor, and thus violated the offence, and was subject to the Criminal Code Vol. 37, Vol. 37, Vol. 37, Vol. 37, Vol. 2 of 1.
“Your Adegboye Adebowale, Ayoola Ogunkolade and Oluwafemi Ojo, Israel, on January 20, 2025, around noon, Akure, within the jurisdiction of this glorious court, is indeed committed to the charges of Wit: Wit of Witony: wit of propution of Sparement of Sualty and of Supersence and Punigry of Neiger cobs of Dever of Devor of Dever of Dever of Dever of Devor of Devor of Devor of Devor of Devor of Devor of Devor of Devor of Devor of Devor of Devor of Devor of Devor of Devor of Devor of Devor of 37. 2006.
Two counts of charges against stepfather wrote: “You, you, sometimes in 2019, in the district of the Alade Idanre, did indeed illegally, ignoring your stepdaughter when he was 10 years old, because at that time, your body was controlled by mastering her left hand, because your body and your body were not in the distance, and your body was inserted into your body, and you could then insert into those people. Violation of crimes under Vol. 37, Section 222 of the Criminal Code, and should be punished.
The fifth reliance on father and abortion doctor: “You, you, Adebowale Adegboye and Israel Oluwafemi Ojo, did withdraw the abortion for the victim on the same date, time and place in the above-mentioned chaotic area.
Prosecutor Supol Martins Olowofeso pointed out that the court had adjourned the ruling earlier.
He urged the court to wait for the advice of the lawyers (DPP) of the third and fourth defendants, Mr. Adedanola Anbeke (DPP), who is bailing the client.
However, host Mrs. Grace Alphonso believes that certain offences are bailable while others are not bailed, ordering the defendant to keep the defendant before the next leisure date until the next temporary. The case was detained until May 22, 2025
