OSUN: Bringing Royal Father into this violation is insulting

The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Oxenia believes that having all Progressive Congresses (APCs) completely insult the Royal father in the ongoing political crisis in the local council.

Naija News Report said that PDP chaired the chairman in a statement issued on Saturday, March 1, 2025 Sunday BisiIt is unreasonable for APC to drag traditional institutions into its desperate power grab task, stressing the Yoruba culture and traditions firmly oppose the fraudsters.

Bissi said the opposition should stop its impunitive rule by canceling illegal occupation of the Secretary-General to seize power through the backdoor.

According to the PDP Chief, the Supreme Court’s judgment in the River Commission’s dispute frustrated Osun APC Shenanigans, noting that the Supreme Court ruled that it affirmed that the elections in local councils were not in compliance with Articles 28 and 150 of the 2022 Elections Act, which violated the law and law.

BISI also defends labor leaders to protect workers’ positive actions rather than becoming victims of APC violence, warning that no amount of cheap blackmail will deny that union leaders have received honors for saving members’ lives.

The statement reads, “The truth, whatever it is pushed away, will always prevail. This is the judgment the Supreme Court has given in the river yesterday, affirming what we have always pointed out about the negative elections or negative elections that the government has held in Oxen.

“Although Osun APC may want to evade this reality, the Supreme Court’s clear import judgment is that local council elections in the country must observe certain provisions of the 2022 Election Act, especially Sections 28 and 150 of the election. This means that for elections to be valid, the election notification shall not exceed 360 days, which is an important condition, that is, whether or not the election fails to meet because the pre-election notification is less than 60 days.

“The question that the whole world should ask APC now is why Osunbè would be different from Rivers State University because it is a ridiculous position they are constantly pushing. As we said, there is a judgment in the lawsuit filed by the app that invalidated the October 15, 2022 election and then fired every beneficiary of the flawed election. However, the APC ignored this judgment from the Court of Valid Jurisdiction and verified by the Court of Appeal, but they illegally occupied the Secretariat and killed several of our members in the process.

“So, we found that Osun APC would like to bring our royal father into this violation, which is a total insult to this act, which has no place in the culture and tradition of the Yoruba. Only criminals break into buildings like Osun APC in our various secretariats, forcing them into offices and destroying public property.

“Only those who disdain Osun workers and careless about their safety will attack labor leaders to take positive steps to keep workers on the council safe. Although, given the history of Osun APC abuse of workers, it is shocked to them that it is clear that their desperate power grabs tasks are more valuable than workers’ lives.”

“We suspect that Osun APC is not happy with the violent rule that workers have released to people during the strong reception of the administration board and hope that they can recover so that they can resume rejection in public operations in 2022 and 2023 to make them make a mistake in bidding, which sounds good.

“The current leaders in the Orson labor movement are people without integrity and do the right thing without monetary inducement. They are not illiterate to recognize the illegality path of OSUN APC and legally refuse to be part of it. No part of the Akure Court of Appeals decision ordered the resumption of the yes or negation of the sacked yes or negation officer, which is a ridiculous height that Osun APC expects Osun State workers to involve illegal conduct.”
