Nick Hissom, the stepson of billionaire Steve Wynn, publicly accused his longtime partner, Kameron Ramirez, of being unfaithful, shocked the social scenes in Palm Beach. Hissom, 32, went to Instagram on Wednesday, March 19 to announce their breakup, calling Ramirez a “scammer, liar, backstab” and claimed he had an affair with a friend of Hissom at home.
Hissom describes in his post: “The most saddest and most heartbreaking thing I have ever had.

The couple co-founded an art gallery and has been in a romantic relationship since 2018. However, the nature of the union is unclear, with some sources indicating they are engaged but not legally married. According to Hissom, Ramirez asked the space to “find itself” and then allegedly “coordinated, sneaky and vicious things” with another man.

Hissom further accuses Ramirez of complicity with his friends for “harming me in the most evil, lying and deliberate way.” He regrets the obvious loss of “best marriage, life, family and business” and allegedly having a relationship with someone who is fully aware of his relationship.
After Hissom’s post, it has attracted speculation that Ramirez moved to a young socialite, a 21-year-old student who is very similar to Hissom. The allegations were driven by messages posted on Instagram accounts linked to Le Rosey, a former Swiss boarding school in Hissom, where anonymous sources claimed Ramirez was unfaithful and had been laughing at Hissom during private group chats.

Despite their recent public appearance at the AMFAR party on March 15, the split reportedly has caused trouble for Hissom’s family. Sources say his mother Andrea Wynn and stepfather Steve Wynn are very frustrated, comparing with the high-profile socialite breakups of the past.

Afterwards, Hisom seemed to have his heartbroken into social media. He released a series of updates, including a series of supporters, and accompanied by Robin’s breakup anthem “Dancing by yourself.” Later posts are shots of him cruising along the coast, set as a “Beautiful Day” of U2, and naked fitness selfie titled “No AI required.”
As the news of the split gained attention, Hissom’s post was later deleted. Ramirez later replied: “There are many false assumptions and inaccurate statements here, so why delete social media posts. Nick and I are now dealing with things privately and the truth is revealed.”
