Dr. Dennis Otuaro, the executive of the President’s Amnesty Program, allowed President Bola Tinubu during his 73rd birthday, and praised his contribution to democratic governance in Nigeria.
Otuaro described President Tinubu as “a national treasure that has made a valuable contribution to the growth of democratic governance in the country.”
According to Otuaro, President Tinubu has demonstrated quality and historical leadership since his presidency in 2023.
He praised the president for removing fuel subsidies, a heavy burden for Nigerians and supported his support for the Niger Delta region.
“The president has a clear view of his needs for Nigerians and has made unremitting efforts since he became president in 2023,” Otuaro said.

The PAP boss thanked President Tinubu for his encouragement and financial commitment to the president’s amnesty program.
He also praised the President’s support for various projects in the Niger Delta, including the Nigerian Maritime University and the Federal University of Environmental Technology. Otuaro calls on the people of the Niger Delta to repay the President’s excellent work by giving him and his government support.
He prays that God continues to maintain a healthy president and delivers on his election commitment to the Nigerians.
