    Pastor Kaduna’s kidnappers demand N100M ransom

    Pastor Kaduna's kidnappers demand N100M ransom

    The kidnapper demanded a ransom of 100 million guilds to free the Rev. Samson Ndah Ali, who won the 30-year-old pastor of the evangelical church in Mararaba Aboro in the Sanga Local Government Area of ​​Kaduna State.

    Lib reports that the pastor kidnapped his residence by a gunman suspected of being a bandit in the early hours of Tuesday, April 8, 2025.

    The church’s finance secretary Mallam Yusuf Ambi confirmed the incident and told Daily Trust that he was with the pastor the night before and only received a call in distress in the early morning.

    “I rushed to the compound where he left alone and just found the door open. I checked all the rooms, but he couldn’t find him.”

    Ambi added that the kidnappers later contacted them for the priest’s release of $100 million.

    “We are negotiating with them,” he added.

    He further revealed that Pastor Ali from Danji community in Ungwan Mailafiya was sent to the church only less than two weeks before the incident.

    The Joint Team of Security Agents Nigerian Army, Police and State Services (DSS) launched an operation to rescue the kidnapped priest.
