An old video of streamer Peller has resurfaced online, in which he declares that he will ignore American content creator IShowSpeed if he visits Nigeria. The video has gained renewed attention following Peller’s recent confrontation with security guards during IShowSpeed’s visit to Lagos.
The video began circulating shortly after Peller was blocked from approaching IShowSpeed by security guards, preventing any interaction between the two.
In the original clip, Peller expressed frustration that IShowSpeed didn’t respond to his messages, even joking that he would tell him to “gerrout” if he showed up.
The contrast between Peller’s past comments and his recent efforts to meet and engage with IShowSpeed has generated significant attention on social media, with many users noting the irony of the situation.

RELATED NEWS… Cuba’s top pastor defends TikToker Peller as Nigerians ridicule him for repeatedly being ignored by US streamer IShowSpeed during his visit to Nigeria.
Videos circulating online showed that Peller went to great lengths to satisfy IShowSpeed, including tracking his convoy and even riding a horse, but he failed to attract the attention of the streamer.
Despite being ridiculed, Pele’s friend, the Chief Pastor, criticized Nigerians for attacking the young creator’s persistence despite their age difference. He wrote on social media:
“Why do we love destroying the hustle or energy of our own brothers? A little boy like Peller, whose hustle is to get to the top speed in the business, does what he does to make a mockery of it. There is no shame in being busy and I celebrate Peller’s energy to achieve his dreams. Now you know why he is greater than most of you because he is ready to push shamelessly.”
He further explained that even popular streamers sometimes reject people:
“If you follow the pace stream, he will get rejected too, so what’s the big deal. Speed’s neglect of Peller is deliberate and he knows the boy. It’s a matter of management. Peller’s drive is phenomenal and that’s how you go after what you want and most importantly, never shy away from the rejection it has to come. Keep working towards the top.”
The chief pastor’s defense stressed the importance of perseverance and celebrating ambition, urging Nigerians to respect the effort required to succeed rather than ridicule others.
