The Pirates of Skeptic have a well-known fashion designer, Hope Georgewill of Rivers State.
According to the gathering, the pirates attacked a speedboat, kidnapped its operator Lucky Isokariari, and two others, including Hope Georgewill along the new Calabar River in the state’s Degema local government.
Sources told security analyst Zagazola Makama that the incident occurred on March 26, 2025, when a 23-speed ship called “HJ Miracle” with 85hp and 75hp Yamaha outboard engines was ambushed to Harcourt Port by pirates.
The attacker fled the ship and the victim to an unknown location.
The kidnapper reportedly contacted the shipowner via the operator’s phone and asked for n10 million ransom as ransom for the release of the victim.
The Pirates reportedly took place in Georgewill on Friday afternoon despite efforts to ensure his release.
Meanwhile, friends and acquaintances have been brought to Facebook to mourn the dead.
