Police raid brothel arrest S3X workers and suspected fraudsters in Ondo

Detectives from the Yaba subdistrict police station at the Ondo Local Government Regional Headquarters in Ondo State attacked some strategic black spots, including brothels.

The identity of some commercial S3X workers and middle-aged men has not been confirmed when armed personnel attacked brothel houses on Iluyemi Street in commando style.

The sting operation conducted Thursday was led by the Department Police (DPO) and the Chief Commissioner of the Police Department (CSP), Victor Olowolagba, accompanied by detectives from the department.

An impeccable source spoke with Trusr, implying that police were acting to the public’s tips, reporting some unhealthy and criminal activities allegedly conducted inside the brothel.

“Some of them also reported that the building was used by commercial sex workers and was also a hiding place for suspicious fraudsters and other criminals,” the source said.

“After the raid, police were able to arrest some young girls and two men’s commercial sex workers who were suspected to be fraudsters.”

Mr Olowolagba confirmed the raid at the brothel (DPO) and was arrested in the brothel, explaining that police attacked the area in surprise to block the law and orders in the area.

According to the police chief, security agents earlier received reliable information about the bungalow, which was a brothel for commercial sex workers.

“We have received credible information that fraudsters and other criminals may use the building,” he said.

“The owner of the building has been invited to ask to assist our investigation.”

Mr Olowolagba revealed that various items suspected of charm were found in the brothel.
