The Agent of the Kada Police Department rescued 13 victims of the population trafficking and arrested 3 suspects.
The troops spokesman ACP Olumuyiwa Adejobi disclosed this in a statement on Sunday, February 2, 2025.
According to Adejobi, police agents intercept the victim in the vehicle on January 31.
“In order to promote IGP’s execution instructions on the 2025 Police Action Plan, a police agent attached to the Katuna Command at about 7 pm on January 31, 2025, arrested three people and was identified as Samson Peter’m M ‘ M’ -older Haruna Duniya’m ‘is 45 years old and Abdulazaq Olawole’m’ is 58 years old.
“The suspect was arrested when 13 victims were traded in an unbex.
“The victim was rescued, and the investigation was still ongoing.
“Dr. IgP Kayode Adeolu Egbetokun, the police station, NPM. Praise the agents to show their bravery, dedication and patriotism exhibitions.
“IGP further encouraged all police officers to be unremitting to achieving peaceful goals and assured the public that the police forces are still committed to effectively cracking down on all security threats.”
