The Abeokuta Magistrate Court, located in the capital of Ogun State, has postponed the raid involving singer Habeeb Okikiola until March 26.

After the initial arraignment of Portable on February 20, 2025, during the resumption of the case on Wednesday, prosecutors believe that it is inefficient to resolve cases in Portable and its employees separately.
Senior National Counsel Timilehin Oredein told the court that the portable case was related to another case that needed to be merged before the trial began.
He reminded the court that musicians and nine employees had tried on relevant charges on February 6, 2025.
Oredein stressed that trying the defendants separately would be a waste of judicial resources.
He asked the court to arrange a brief date for the merger and substitute charges.
Portable and his employees face five charges, including conspiracy, assault and illegal obstacles, while armed knives and a firearm that could disrupt public peace.
They are also charged with alleged assaults of three officials from the Ogun State Department of Sports and Urban Development.
