A pregnant woman who went to a restaurant to order salad was rejected by what she saw on the food tray.
The woman was sent to Katsu Don at the Japanese restaurant Tatsuya West Ryde in Sydney, Australia and was already eating it when she claimed she saw a dead rat.
The customer posted a Google review under the name of Google Review Do, who said she found rodents in a half-eating salad.
Sydney restaurant apologized to her after posting comments online.
“I’ve eaten half of it at the moment. It’s just absolutely offensive and unacceptable,” she wrote.
“Everyone who was present stood up and left the restaurant.”

The woman’s friend wrote in a one-star review, adding that they did not “even think I should even give the stars what happened today.”
“My pregnant friend and I were having lunch today, and in her little salad, it was a disgusting wild rat, under the salad,” the friend wrote.
The pregnant woman and her friends criticized the restaurant for continuing to serve customers despite discovery.
Daniel Kim wrote that he was the husband of a pregnant woman, saying, “My wife has a rat in her salad. It’s absolutely disgusting.”

In response to Kim Jong Il’s comments, the restaurant said “a sincere apology for this incident.”
“The issue originated from the delivery salad boxes we are currently investigating with suppliers and local food authorities,” it said.
“We are taking all the necessary steps to prevent such incidents and thank you for your understanding.”
Tatsuya’s owner told nine news in a statement that the incident is under investigation.
“Google reviews are based on personal opinions, not verified facts,” they said.
“The incident did happen and the cause is currently being investigated.
“We have responded appropriately to the incident and are continuing to take other measures.”
