
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will visit Paris, France on April 2 for a brief trip to Paris, France.
According to a statement released by Presidential media aide Bayo Onanuga, the president will assess the midterm performance of his administration and assess key milestones.
Onanuga mentioned that the president will also use retreats to review progress ongoing reforms and make strategic plans ahead of the second anniversary of his administration.
“This period of reflection will deepen continuous reforms for your plan and accelerate the national development priorities for the coming year. Recent economic progress has strengthened the president’s commitment to these efforts, with the Nigerian Central Bank reporting a substantial increase in net foreign exchange reserves to $231.1 billion, a testament to the government’s fiscal reforms since its net reserves in 2023. During his departure, President Tinubu will fully interact with his team and continue to oversee governance activities. ”
Onanuga added that the president will return to Nigeria in about two weeks.
