U.S. President Donald Trump has made a new claim that war in Ukraine will not happen “if Ukrainian President Zelensky has the ability” because he vowed to “stop K!lling.”
Trump accused Ukrainian president, Russian leader Vladimir Putin and his predecessor Joe Biden of participating in the war, and then hints that Putin was in power in the United States and he would never invade.
“If Biden has the ability, if Zelensky has the ability, I don’t know he is…will never allow war.”
