The S3X accuser of Prince Andrew of Virginia Guiffre said she mistakenly posted the claim that she had only four days left to live on public Instagram.
Ms Giuffre, 41, shared a photo of “abuse and injury” claiming she died after being hit by a school bus, which attracted attention online.
Ms Giuffre said a speeding car had entered her car and the doctor told her she had four days to live.
Today, she issued a statement to clarify the “car accident” that caused her injuries and “kidney failure.”
“Virginia thanks everyone for their love and support. She was overwhelmed.
“Today, she is still in serious condition while receiving medical services. On March 24, a school bus hit the car she was riding.
Police were called but said no one could come to the scene.
“They asked if anyone was injured and suggested that if yes, they should go to the hospital.
The school bus driver had a bus full of upset children who left the scene to bring them back, saying he would submit a police report, which he did later.
Virginia was knocked down, bruised and returned to her home. Virginia’s condition worsened and she was taken to the hospital.
Regarding her Instagram post, Virginia believes she has posted on her private Facebook page.
“Virginia and her family thank everyone for their attention.”
She is currently being treated at Sir Charles Gardner Hospital in Perth, Australia.
In January, the last batch of Epstein court documents were to be published, and Ms. Jufrey, 41, claimed she received a salary of $15,000 (£12,000) and signed an S3X with Prince Andrew.
