QECS does not charge an application fee. Queen Elizabeth Commonwealth Scholars help bring about positive change and find solutions. Offers a wide range of academic areas. This scholarship will be awarded in low- and middle-income Commonwealth countries. Citizens of Commonwealth countries are eligible to apply for this scholarship.
The current organizers of the QECS Awards are only the organizers listed on the website. If a country/university is not listed on the website, it means that they are not the host country for the current cycle of awards. In some cases this may be due to the timing of the application cycle, for example some institutions start their academic year in January/February and therefore they will be included in the second award cycle. Please keep an eye on the website for more details on the institutions/countries that will be included in the second application cycle.

Scholarship Scope
The Queen Elizabeth Commonwealth Scholarship provides recipients with the following benefits:

Eligibility Criteria for the Queen Elizabeth Commonwealth Scholarship
To be eligible for the Canadian Francophone Scholarship Program CFSP, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Required language: Check college requirements.
- Eligible countries: citizen of a certain country Commonwealth countries.
- Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree.
- There is no upper age limit.
- The candidate must be aware that he or she will study in a low- or middle-income country.
