Megan Thee stallion is seeking to get rapper Conservative Party Tory Lanez alleged in her latest testimony against blogger Milagro Cooper. Megan’s lawyer filed a motion asking the court to declare Lanez’s real name as Daystar Peterson, defiant of him, accusing him of violating the basic norms of civil litigation.
The lawsuit alleges that Cooper spreads defamatory statements, deep tile pornographic videos and false information about Meghan at Lanez’s request. When Lannis was asked to perform deposition, Meghan’s legal team said he pretended not to understand simple terms such as “discussion” and “approval.” Additionally, they claimed that Lannis insulted Megan’s lawyer, criticized her hair dye as a “distraction” and spoke, telling her to bring a brush next time she tried to abandon him.
The civil case also includes an email from the law firm representing Lanez’s criminal appeal, saying they do not represent him in civil matters and will not bring Megan’s attorney’s request to defy him.
Lanez was found guilty of shooting Megan in 2022, facing gun negligence, attacking with semi-automatic guns and carrying an attack filled with unregistered guns. He was sentenced to 10 years in prison. Megan also received a restraining order against Lanez earlier this year and explained to the court that she had no peace since the shooting.
Lannis’ legal team has not responded to allegations about his behavior during the deposition process.
