Rapper Sauce Walka was shot dead in Memphis Saturday afternoon, but sources confirmed he is still alive and is expected to recover.
According to family members, Albert Walker Mondane’s real name is one of the men who shot outside a hotel near Fedexforum. He has a leg injury and is currently undergoing treatment in the hospital.
Relatives said it seemed that he was not the intended target of the shooting.
Sadly, another unknown person who was along with the sauce Walka was also shot and did not survive. Authorities have not released his identity yet.
Memphis police have not provided additional details about the shooting and are investigating it.
