Pastor Ea Adeboye, the governor of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), has officially changed the name of the RCCG Apapa family to a popular family.
Naija News The report said the renaming took place on Sunday of a second visit to Trinity Towers, the headquarters of RCCG city David Parish, which oversees the Apapa family.
Accompanied by his wife Pastor Folu Adebo, He shared that he received a sacred directive to rename the famous family in the RCCG community.
In preaching 2:19-24 at 2:19-24, Pastor Adeboye expressed the needs of the Apapa family to experience new grace, a symbol of salt and new Cruise.
He stressed that salt represents God’s recovery of flavor and vitality, eliminating bitterness, preventing demonic influences, and promoting rapid progress.
He explained that the new Cruise symbolized a new starting point, the recovery of lost glory and the renewed commitment to reignite the spiritual passion.
“If someone used to be hot and became lukewarm, they would burn again now.” Pastor Adeboye said.
Naija News The RCCG Apapa family reportedly has a rich legacy, which began in 1991 at Roxy Cinema in Apapa and has approximately 50 members under the leadership of Rev. Tony Rapu.
In just five years, the congregation expanded to more than 45 parishes in Nigeria and internationally, and was supported by a dedicated workforce of more than 500 individuals.
