The experienced actress broke the sad news in an article on her Instagram page, revealing that last Sunday was a dark day for her after the sudden death of someone who was very close to her heart.
In pain, Rita is married, the family of experienced actor Pete Edochie, who says she is drawing comfort and strength from her faith.
She wrote:
“It turned black for me last Sunday night. I lost a dear person so close. Even in pain, I whispered that it was good for my soul. This was not seen.
