
The sole executive of Rivers State, Admiral (RTD) IBOK-ETE EKWE IBAS, announced the resignation of the Director of Services Dr. George Nwaeke, calling the development sad.
The administrator appreciates NWAEKE’s great contribution to serving the government in a short period of time and hopes that everything goes well in his future efforts.
During this period, Dr. Iyingi Brown, Permanent Secretary of the Office of Services, has been appointed as agent capability until a new service chief appears.

Worika from Okirika, Rivers has a Ph.D. The University of Dundee UK specializes in international environment and comparative petroleum law and policy, and plays a role in academic, international organization and government consulting capabilities.
He is director of the Center for Advanced Law Studies at Rivers State University and serves as dean of the Law School of Port Harcourt University.
