In a ruling of April 10, 2025, Chairman Judge Jumbo Stephens ordered that no parties involved in the lawsuit or any person involved in the matter make public comments or statements about the subject before the court makes a judgment. The case ended until June 4, 2025, and further litigation was filed.

Ehie filed a 2 billion Luber lawsuit against Nwaeke after the Channels TV broadcast aired, and filed a channel TV on TV, allegedly accusing Ehie of undermining the Hell of Rivers State House of Countate Bousebly Complex and other related allegations.
