The only administrator of Rivers State, Ibok-Ibit Ibbeth Deputy Admiral (RTD), despite being invited to participate in the interactive meeting, has not appeared on the Interim House Committee of the Rivers State overseen.
Since IBAS’s tenure, the conference is expected to address the development of River State. He reportedly attended the National Economic Commission meeting of the President’s Villa in Abuja, but he did not hold a committee meeting in the National Assembly.
