The only Chief Executive of Rivers State, Ibok-etter Ibas, was attended by the National Economic Commission (NEC) meeting, chaired by Vice President Kashim Shettima on April 24 at the Presidential Villa of Abuja.
Delta Governor Oborevwori was also present at the NEC meeting. Other governors who attended the meeting included the pastor. Hyacinth Alia of Benue State, Abdulrahman Abdulrazak of Kwara, Okpebholo of Edo and Bassey Otu of Cross River, among others. Several lieutenant governors were also found at the meeting.
The NEC meeting, chaired by the Vice President, addressed issues of national importance, and members considered matters that affected the country’s economic and political landscape.
