Tragedy attacked in Ute, a community in the local government area of Ose, Odo State, where road graders reportedly crushed the mother and her children to the d3ath on Olujewu-Igbatoro Road.
The victim’s identity has not been disclosed, and it is overwhelmed by hierarchical people who belong to local governments.
The construction vehicle, which is working on a highway project in the town, is said to have suffered a brake failure, resulting in a fatal incident.
Mr Olayinka Ayanlade, spokesman for the state police commander, confirmed the incident and said an investigation had begun.
Local Government Chairman Kolapo Ojo confirmed the incident expressed deep sorrow for the unfortunate D3aths and expressed condolences to the grieving family.
