When allegedly armed herders launched a fatal attack on a 22-year-old man, Wuh James, a resident of Rewienku Village, another tragedy on Irigwe’s land, was a fatal attack.
James was cruelly kidnapped on Friday, April 11, 2025 on his way home from Jebbu Miango!
The latest attack comes days after residents of two Irigwe communities in Barcelona LGA are believed to be suspected of armed herders saying the night attack.
National Propaganda Minister Irigwe Youth Movement Minister Joseph Chudu Yonkpa confirmed the incident in a statement Friday.
“In addition to this pointless M8rder, the leadership of the Eligway Youth Movement also documented the massive irrigation farm damage caused by Fulani militia last night this morning,” the statement said.
“It’s another sad day for our community, and we’ve been deeply disturbing us by these ongoing attacks.”
