As the PDP crisis continues to upgrade, Senator Ned Nwoko has officially joined the APC.
Nigerian News Nalin It is reported that Ned Nwoko, a member of the Senator of the Delta, has officially resigned and rebelled all the Progressive Conference (APC).
NWOKO attributed to deep division and factional departure in his resignation letter, and he described it as irreparable and harmful to governance.
NWOKO officially announced his resignation in the letter to the chairman of PDP WARD 8 in the northern local government area of PDP WARD 8.
The letter wrote: “I wrote to the official resignation from the People’s Democratic Party (PDP). This is a political party I have been a foundation member since 1999.”
He regrets the deterioration of the worsening internal crisis in the party. He said that the recent physical disputes between top party staff on January 29 emphasized the depth of unity.
He pointed out: “Just this week, due to these irrelevant factions, the struggle between the staff of the top parties dropped to the minimum level.”
APC provides a better service platform
NWOKO explained in the role of PDP in his political journey that his decision was the guidance of his commitment to provide voters with a promise of campaign commitments.
“During the campaign, I made a solemn and feasible commitment to voters-I took the servants of the people seriously. Unfortunately, the current party structure of our state is not conducive to these promises.” He said.
He assured his voters that despite the transformation of the party, he was still committed to their benefits and development.
NWOKO added: “When I bid farewell to my membership in PDP, I guaranteed to all party members and voters the spirit of dedication to politicians, unity and promotion in the north in the north.”
NWOKO’s defect against APC marks a major transformation of Delta politics because he is the main politician of the region. It is expected that his actions will strengthen the influence of APC before the 2027 election.
