Shocking new footage shows a catastrophic landing of a Delta Airlines plane flipped at Toronto Pearson International Airport on Monday, February 17.
Video shared on X shows Delta Flight 4819 exploded with flames and then flipped over while slipping on a snow-covered runway.
A huge orange flame can be seen sprouting from the rear of the plane, and the fire eventually turns into a thick black smoke.

When the plane slips on the ground, the plane appears to tilt on its side, knocking the wings down before turning.
The close-up also shows a large cloud of black smoke washed on the fuselage, and the plane eventually disappears behind the smoke.

Other videos show the plane landing from a distance, sprouting the fireball immediately, and then flipping.
Despite the flames, all 80 passengers and crew were evacuated safely.
Officials said no one was seriously injured despite 18 hospitalizations.
First responders quickly responded to the wreckage, which partially caught fire when it landed, shaving off part of its wings and tail.
Other videos show firefighters extinguished the flames with water as the plane wreckage was on the abdomen of the runway.

It is not clear what caused the plane to flip, but Toronto’s Pearson Airport fire chief Todd Aitken noted that the runway was “dry and there were no crossing conditions.”
The messy Bombardier CRJ-900LR left Minneapolis for Toronto that morning, when the sleepy tarmac was sluggish, as the sleepy passenger climbed down and firefighters snuffed the fire.
Investigators are working to reveal the final upside down of the Delta plane on the runway.
