The Supreme Court has restored Anyanwu as PDP State Secretary.
Nigeria News Nalin The report said the Nigerian Supreme Court resumed Senator Samuel Anyanwu as secretary of the People’s Democratic Party on Friday.
In a unanimous judgment of a five-member panel, the Supreme Court said that matters bordering on the leadership or members of a political party are their internal affairs and should not be the court’s business.
The court continued to revoke the ruling of the Enugu Division Court of Appeal, which confirmed the removal of the Federal High Court of Enugu on December 20, 2024.
The Supreme Court ruled that the Federal High Court lacked jurisdiction to hear the matter brought by Aniagwu Emmanuel.
